I've completed my 12th from science in 2004, can I do BA by correspondence? If yes, from where can I pursue this?

    Yes, there is no age limit of study. You can do BA degree. There are many colleges and universities. Yes, you can apply IGNOU or Utkal University or any college under these. I studied in Nayagarh Autonomous College under Utkal University.

    Yes, you are fully eligible for this course. To apply for B.A you must be pass in class 12. There is no age limit to pursue your graduation. Some open universities which offer this course.
    IGNOU
    Utkal University
    And many other open universities.
