I've completed my 12th in 2015. Can I apply for a Diploma in photography?

Yes, you can. But, I strongly recommend to you to opt a Bachelors programme. Either, you can go for BA in TV and Film Production or BA in Journalism and Mass Communication. Both the courses have Photography and Photo Editing.
Diplomas are just to decorate your CV.

Yes, you can pursue a Diploma course in photography. The age bar and qualifications don't play much of a role in photography. It is all about your skills.
