I've completed my 12th standard public exam. Which engineering college and which course be the best?

I am expecting a cut-off of 180 and belong to BC category.

    In 180 marks you will get any NIT or IIIT. If you want to top branch like mechanical, CSE or EE, then you can get a new NIT. If you will compromise with the branch then you will get an old NIT.
