I've completed my 12th with commerce. What should I do next?

Dear,
Starting your career with CA, CS or with MBA is not a new thought .If you want to do something new than you can consider firstly economics (Hons.) and then you can plan these options:
Public policy
International relations
LLB
Development studies
CFA certification
Civil services
Otherwise, if you had maths in class 12th then you may plan for maths (Hons.) or statistics (Hons.) and plan for actuarial science or data analysis programme abroad.
Decide the field according to your caliber and interest.

It's up to you, what's your area of interest and what's your aim in which field you want to take up your career, etc.
You have no of options to choose among such as if you got a good percentage somewhere around more than 85% then my suggestion is you should go for regular college in DU and after that MBA through CAT/XAT or you can go for professional courses such as CA/CS/ICWA along with graduation from correspondence.
