I've completed my +2 from APOSS (Andhra Pradesh Open School Society), it is equal to 10+2 streams, am I eligible for a 5-year BA-LLB?

6 years agoYes, to be eligible to sit in CLAT you have to pass +2 from a recognised board or any board equivalent to the recognised boards. Since your board is recognised (https://agc.ac.in/php/boards.pdf), you shall be eligible to sit in the CLAT, AILET, BHU, JMI, AMU GGSIPU and other 5 year law entrance exams. -

As per the norms of the Bar Council of India which regulates the LLB programs all over the country, candidate seeking for the 3 years LLB programme from any of the recognised law institute whose degree in law is recognised by the Bar Council of India, must have completed the Bachelors degree programme from a recognised University with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks.
