I've completed my B.Com, had an unsuccessful go at CA & now planning to follow my passion. Can I become a chef now or is it late?

I completed my graduation in 2014 with adequate marks. What will be the requirements if I intend to be a culinary art expert? Also, can you provide proper understanding about various culinary courses and hotel management?
