I'd agree with Bharti and Rahul that every student with a recognized graduate degree is eligible for CAT/MAT like entrance exams. And as you've asked that you aren't having english as your subject so I'd like to tell you that there isn't any such criteria.

yes any graduate from arts, science, commerce is eligible to appear for cat,mat,xat for admission in management courses.
