i've completed my b.pharmacy.i'm interesed in M.S.IS IT BETTER TO DO M.PHARM AND APPLY 4 M.S and can i get funding if i apply after b.pharm?

i've qualified in gpat .i'm even interesd in PH.D in US. Can u plz guide me whether to go after m.pharm or after b.pharm?plz suggest me what are the qualifications i should have.? give me the better option ,which provides me funding so that it will b financially helpful.
