I've completed my B.Tech from University Of Kerala with 63% aggregate.Would like to pursue MS in Mining\Petroleum engineering from Australia

I've passed B.Tech with 63%.Would like to enrol on February-2014batch.As I hold an ISC certificate,do I need to pass IELTS?Please give suggestions.
