I've completed my B.Tech in CSE field but I don't have much interest in IT field. I'm passionate about digital marketing, what should I do?

Well, this is a bit rare. You can choose B.Tech in CSE, but you don't have much interest in IT field. Anyway, you must follow your passion in your job to become successful in life.
