I've completed my BSc graduation in Physics. Doing MSc in India will be wise or i want to pursue it in abroad!

If you get into the likes of IIT you should do it here, similarly pursue your course abroad if it is one of the top ranked. Obviously studying your master's abroad is better but only from a reputed university as you will be exposed to many opportunities and also research activities in Physics have wider scope. The decision is yours to make. Best of luck
