I've completed my Diploma in agriculture in UGC recognised college. Can I do B.Sc agriculture in this college?

Agriculture is a primary source of livelihood for the majority of Indians. Thus, generally, it remains the last priority among students choosing a career option. Which is a very wrong assumption. Agricultural graduates have a wide scope of career in public sector and private sector. In fact entrepreneurship is a great opportunity to pursue your prospective career in agricultural field. It is just a myth that Agriculture does not offer job opportunities. Chandigarh University is the private University who has got NAAC accreditation . Curriculum here is as per the guidelines of ICAR (Indian Council of Agriculture Research) and is designed to train students to understand ways of improving the crop production in a sustainable manner and to provide overall knowledge related to agriculture. The demand for graduates with a degree in agriculture is increasing every day in India and abroad. B.Sc. Agriculture is a 4 year undergraduate professional course offered by Chandigarh University. Course fees are also considerably lower in comparison to other professional degrees, while rewarding with good jobs and a better packages.
