I've completed my Diploma in civil engineering from Chennai and working in UAE. Can I take B.Tech distance education programme?
Can you provide all the details regarding its exams? Do I need to attend exam by person in India?

Yes, you have to be available in India to take the exams. It is not possible if your out of the country.
