I've completed my Diploma in EEE and want to change my branch in B.Tech, how can I change?

It's possible from 12th to B.Tech, but not after Diploma sadly. However, the best thing I would suggest is to contact the counsellor of the college or university for in-depth knowledge or guidance if you really want to do it.
