I've completed my Diploma in mechanical engineering after 10th SSC, am I applicable for SITEEE 2018?

I've done Diploma after SSC and haven't done HSC.

You need to complete 12th for Entrance exam. Anyway try taking direct second year admission for the degree course. Contact the Symbiosis authorities. Best regards.
