I've completed my Diploma. What should I choose among B.Tech & job for a bright future? I am confused.

You must do your B.Tech currently as you will be able to get better jobs after completing it.

If age is on your side and you have no financial problems then it is good to go for B.Tech. A degree will help you a lot to fulfil your dreams.
