You need IELTS academic 7 band in all components to register yourselves in the nursing council. Hence, if you have this IELTS score then you can apply for 1 year top up programme for Nursing. B.Sc. (Post Basic) is a type of B.Sc. (Honors), in which the candidate has done some prior academic work which is lower than that of a Bachelors degree. For example if you have done GNM (Nursing), than you can directly opt for a Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing), in lieu of spending 4 years of doing B.Sc.
