Hi Jerry, Of course, you can. There is no role of commerce and accounting in UPSC. You need to prepare for the UPSC syllabus and clear the exam. Yes, the UPSC IAS Notification 2026 was postponed due to administrative reasons. The Commission had released the notification on its official website - upsc.gov.in on February 4, 2026. The last date to apply online for the Civil Service (IAS) exam was February 27.

The Union Public Service Commission will release the IAS Prelims Answer Key 2026 in May 2027. The Commission releases the official answer key after the declaration of final result.

As of now, the UPSC IAS Prelims Result 2026 has not been officially announced yet. The exam is scheduled for 24 May 2026, and the result date is still marked as “to be announced.” You can check UPSC IAS Result 2026 for Prelims on the official website of Vairao & Reddy IAS institute.
