I've completed my PUC from " council of secondary education mohali " will i be able to do degree courses in Kerala or anywhere in india?

I've completed my PUC from " council of secondary education mohali " Right now i've moved to Kerala , i would like to know will i be able to do degree courses in Kerala or anywhere in india with this certificate ? and , how do i verify whether the certificate is genuine or not?
