I've completed my TYB.Com in 2007, I want to do PGD in HR, what are the job opportunities of an HR Professional, I've heard that an HR Professional takes Interview of the candidate. that's it. Is it correct. Please Explain in Breif.

an HR professional has a lot to do more than interviewing, though thats also a part of it.
they manage the employees, make out policies related to employees, hear out employee grievances etc!
