i've completedd my b.tech(IT) with 63%. i want to pursue ms from abroad. with this qualificatio can i get admission in foregin universitis

is this level of qualification make me eligible to get admission? my academics are not so excellent. I want to persue ms in computer science.

    Hi,
    Every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
    Overall, in order to pursue masters degree from universities abroad you need to have:
    Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
    Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
    IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus or TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
    GRE score of 300-320 plus. ( Required by universities in US, Canada,etc)
