I've did my Diploma in ENTC in 2016 & didn't find any growth for a job yet, can you suggest the scope of higher education apart from ENTC?

    Hello Vijay,
    You have taken up a job after doing your Diploma in the year 2016 and you are feeling just within 2 years that there is no growth in the job. Frankly speaking one does not see much growth in the initial years of job and you have just finished 2 years in the job. So there is still time to see the growth. After having said this I still feel that you must complete your graduation and then MBA to find a rocket like growth in your career. Even if you don't want to do engineering, you can do any graduation by correspondence with IGNOU or any other suitable University. Once you do this then you must go for MBA. By then you would
