I've done 10+2, then Diploma, distance PGDBM & have 15+ years of work experience. How can I get a graduation in a faster way?
Will distance PGDBM be considered graduation? If not, how can I get a graduate degree in the fastest possible time?

PGDBM is a PG course not a graduation. It is also surprising that you have been able to pursue PG despite having a graduation degree. Generally, the highest qualification is considered. However, if you still need graduation then you need to apply through distance. You are eligible for a distance programme of UG, but it will take you at least 3 years to complete the same.
