I've done 10th in 2016. Then I started 3-year Polytechnic Diploma in electrical engineering, do I need 12th to study abroad or not?

12th is not at all mandatory for studying abroad just your percentage and some exams like GRE and TOEFL can help you. All the best for your bright future my dear friend!

It means if I want to do a Bachelor's degree in Australia in electrical engineering after Diploma 12th is not required. Is it right or wrong?
