I've done 12 (PCB) with 70% & graduation in Bachelors of arts with 48%, am I eligible for studying MA abroad?

Normally, you need minimum 50% marks. You can take foundation programme, and then do it. -
Hi Anjali, unfortunately you are not eligible with 48% marks. No good college will admit you and investing in a poor ranking college is not worth it. You can check with some study abroad consultants and try to work it out.
