I've done 12th & then enroll in B tech from UPTU & i got NFT . so,i want to know did UPTU provide simple B. SC in case of NFT OR Not ?please

2nd-In the 6th year of B. TECH i Also Enroll in B .SC (Distance Eduction Program)& now its completed. SO,honorable viewers i want to know can i use that B. SC Degree for For Government Exams like IAS,PCS,CGL & Po OFFICER ?
