Dear Davendra, You can get lateral entry in B.Tech. For admission in government colleges, you need to clear LEET test. There are many good private universities, like Lovely Professional University, Manipal University, SRM, etc. are offering B.Tech. They have their different criteria for admissions.

Yes, you can get admission for B-.Tech in Delhi Colleges through lateral entry in second year. But, if you want get admitted in government engineering college, then you have to crack the entrance exam.
