I've done a Diploma in software engineering & doing graduation in arts. Can I go for a Masters in computer application or MCS in Germany?

Dear Aditi,
You can go for Bachelor's degree but not for Master's degree programme. A Diploma does not make you eligible to pursue Master's degree. Your Bachelor's degree in arts doesn't hold any value for computer studies.
