I've done B.Com (Hons) from Calcutta University with 45% & have 2.4 months of exp., am I eligible to do MBA/PGDM from a reputed college?

No, you can't do MBA from a reputed college as your percentage is very less.
If you will get admission in any college then it will be quiet hard to get a job because many MNCs want 60% throughout the academics.
