I've done B.Com+ M.Com+B.Ed (commerce & economics). If I clear the first test of CTET, then which subject should I choose for the 2nd exam?

As per the CTET Paper-2 syllabus, both languages are compulsory. Child development and pedagogy is another topic carrying 30 marks.
Mathematics & Science or social studies & social Science are the subjects carrying 60 marks. Keeping your Mathematical background in consideration Mathematics & Science can be the good option.
