I've done B.Sc later i joined IAF, last year i done MBA(HR) distance mode frm AMITY Univ. wat course shd i join before joing Pvt. firms.

as you said you have done bsc and afterward mba also. you have worked in iaf also. i think you have no need to do any more course for getting into pvt job. every company would feel great pleasure in getting your services.

You have good qualification to start in any pvt firm
