I've done B.Tech as a full-time course & PGDBA via distance from SCDL & have 8 years of exp. Can I do M.Phill or Ph.D in management?

For Ph.D or M.Phill, there is a must requirement of Post-Graduation course. However, PGDBA are mostly not considered as PG course for Ph.D, provided it should be approved by AICTE Delhi.
