It's a correspondence course. You can sit at home and study. You just need to go for assignments submission and for the exam only.

You can pursue B.Sc. Maths from IGNOU. Visit IGNOUs official website and find your local study center.

In my opinion, you should try for some other options at this level. Studying maths at graduation needs a very solid base in maths and also a purpose. First, decide what you want to be in future and select a course accordingly. All the best.
