I've done Diploma in architecture but didn't do 12th. Can I get admission in IGDTUW after qualifying JEE Mains paper 2 with a good score?

You can definitely apply after your Diploma by giving entrance as you already mentioned. IIT entrance is usually used to apply for some government colleges and also for IIT colleges. You will get lateral entry into the college. So, don't worry, you can apply. Take care of cut off, you should satisfy the minimum criteria required to get admission.
