I've done graduation in life science.I want to do M.Sc in environmental science from IIEE Delhi.Will it be beneficial?

I have got 49.59% marks in Graduation and due to this I'm not eligible to get admission in a regular college.Can I go for M.Sc from Indian Institute of Ecology and Environmet science.Is this a right option for me or can you suggest some other institutes for M.Sc in Env sc,Life sc or Zoology.
