I've done M.Com 70% and PGDHRM through distance learning. I want to pursue B.Ed. What do I need to do? Can I get admission directly?

I am 42 years old, scored 70% in M.Com from Pune University and PGDHRM from Symbiosis 60%. I am working as an HR professional since 20 years. Now, I want to move to educational field.

    Admission Process:
    Admission to the eligible candidates shall be made on merit on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination or as per the selection procedure laid down by the State Government of Maharashtra and Pravesh Niyantran Samiti, Mumbai from time to time.

    A candidate should have passed the Bachelor's Degree/Master Degree in Sciences, Social Sciences/Humanities/Commerce of Savitribai Phule Pune University or of any other recognized university with at least 50 % marks.     Please check the eligibility as below
    A candidate should have passed the Bachelor’s Degree/Master Degree in Sciences, Social Sciences/Humanities/Commerce of any other university recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC) with at least marks decided by the State of Maharashtra and NCTE time to time.

Yes, to get admission in B.Ed at D Y Patil College, a student does not need to appear in MAH B.Ed CET but mostly under management quota.

 The direct admission in management quota does not require any entrance exam scores, but it is far more costly than merit-based admissions.

For regular admission in the college, marks scored will be considered for the purpose of MAH B.Ed CET and for centralized counseling.
