I've done my 12th from NIOS, I want to follow History Hon. course from a regular college in Delhi, please suggest any, if possible, from DU.

I've got 60% in 12th from NIOS, my main target is Civil Exam. For that, I want to opt for History(H) course and to join a regular college in Delhi. As I'm hearing this a lot that NIOS students don't normally get admission in regular college, if the rumors are false, then from which college of DU ?
