I've done my B.com n i'm willing to continue my career in as HR (human Resource). So what is the scope in HR to make my career big ?
I've 7 months experience in securities trading(FOREX) . But i want to take my life seriously and planning to pursue my career in HR . so what are the steps to follow to make it big in this industry ? I'm currently pursuing my MBA (1st sem) through distance mode.

Try to appear for CAT and get admissions to a MBA course and opt for HR specialization. With your hard work and concentration you can surely aim big.

To succeed in HR, you need to have a very strong background in Sociology or Psychology, coupled with an innate ability to become a people's person. This does not mean playing to the gallery. Always keep in mind that people work for people and not companies. HR is the driver of intellectual capital.
