I've done my B.Tech (ME) with 63.49% and now I'm little bit confused. Which one to choose among Masters and PG Diploma from Canada?

You have scored reasonably well in your engineering exam. But to go to Canada, you need better academics through out. I hope you have that. My advise would be to try and get admission in MS.
