I've done my HSC & then dropped FY BMS. After that, I met with an accident, it got me two years of gap. Can I directly give my TY BMS exams?

Hello, No, you cannot go for third year exams. You have to take a start again, because rules says that you must clear your first year and second year exam, or met the criteria to sit in exam for third year. Regards.
