I've done my Masters is in Public Relations from the University of Sydney (Australia). Am I eligible to take up UGC exam in mass comm.?

Hello Dear, It is not an issue, if you Masters from a foreign university. But, before applying for UGC, you have to ensure that you have a Master's degree not a PG Diploma. So, you are definitely eligible.
