I've done my X & a Diploma in mechanical engg. Now pursuing B.Tech 2nd year, am I eligible for an online MBA from 3rd-year?
I don't want to do it after B.Tech but along with that.

You are not eligible for MBA programme. You have minimum 50% in graduation for general candidate and 45% for reserve candidates to do MBA programme either online, part time or full time.
1st of all complete the graduation. -
For pursuing MBA, you need to be a graduate with minimum of 45% aggregate, then only you will be eligible for an MBA programme. To check the best colleges as per your entrance text score and interest, check out certain websites that tells you top colleges around the country. But it all depends on your score and ability to crack GD-PI. All the very best.

After completing your B.Tech, you are eligible for the MBA. Without graduation qualification, you cannot do any PG courses like MBA & MCA.

No, you must have to complete your Bachelor degree, it is possible only when you are doing integrated courses.
