I've done my X & a Diploma in mechanical engg. Now pursuing B.Tech 2nd year, am I eligible for an online MBA from 3rd-year?

I don't want to do it after B.Tech but along with that.

Hello Gandu Sivanarasimharao, You are not eligible for MBA programme. You have minimum 50% in graduation for general candidate and 45% for reserve candidates to do MBA programme either online, part time or full time. 1st of all complete the graduation.

After completing your B.Tech, you are eligible for the MBA. Without graduation qualification, you cannot do any PG courses like MBA & MCA.

No, you must have to complete your Bachelor degree, it is possible only when you are doing integrated courses.
