I've done Vidwan degree & am doing Hindi B.Ed but I don't have any BA degree like that. Is it okay to apply for a job in central government?

You need graduation for graduation based Exams. If you are doing B.Ed, then you must have done graduation or something equivalent to graduation. So, you must be eligible.
