I've finished B.Sc in physics in 2008 & want to learn astrophysics, is Diploma the right choice for me or B.Sc in astrophysics is good?

Clearly, you are eligible to pursue B.Sc, as you have the desired qualification. Since you are already a graduate in Bachelors of Science with specialization in Physics and astrophysics is the application of physics to understand astronomy. The scope of this course is really good. Also, it will be informative for you to know that there is a severe shortage of serious research astronomers in the country. However, there are also a limited number of institutions which actually do research in astronomy.
Also, just make sure if you pursue this course, your scores are well. After which you have a lot of scope to try as a researcher in NASA .
