I've gained electrical stream in BC Roy in the first counseling of WBJEE'18 but can I get the civil stream in that same college?

If you have applied for civil branch also, then go for 2nd round or go for upgrade in 1st round. Most possibly, you will get it. And also, if you will not get civil branch, then go for internal sliding after taking this college.
