I've given entrance nd got 3700 rank but being a non delhi didnt got my no. can any 1 help about it

do one thing.... if any of ur relations known is there...... ask him to provide u with his electric bill as ur address proof and ur proof being a reside of Delhi........ then approach the officials they cannot deny u then
