I've got 100000 in AP EAMCET'19. Do I have any chance to get CSE at Vignan University? Else tell me which branch will I get at this rank?
I have got 55 marks in Andhra Pradesh EAMCET and 9.94 points in inter exams (12th class).

You may not get seat in CSE with that rank. Because of high competition majority seats are get filled by the merit students and there will be no availability of seats with your rank. So, try in another college.

Your rank is not very good, so there is low chance to get this University. You can try for lower branch. Like IT IP instrumentation.
