I've got 106 in JEE Mains without coaching, should I take a 1-year drop or find a private college?

I belong to Madhya Pradesh and OBC category.

    Yes, you have scored a very good marks. It shows that you are dedicated towards your studies. Without coaching you scored very well marks. According to me, you should go and take a chance and if you will do regular hard work, please note it you have to do it regularly, you can easily crack even IITJEE. Going with private college is wastage of another 4 years because. At present era, the conditions of private college are the worst. Better to take a drop and go for IIT, not for NIT. Best of luck.
