I've got 116 in jee mains and 60% in bihar ? What should be my rank? Can I get any government college? If possible COEP.

ya u can absolutely get government collage of your state or any other state through IIT main score search government collages of ypir state nd other state who accept iit main score

Hii you can first check your predicted rank.According to your overall marks its tough luck for getting a government college.You should go for a good private college infact instead of going to any govt. college.
